Job summary

GANNI is seeking a dedicated Store Leader to drive omnichannel engagement and provide outstanding client experiences. You will manage a store team, run styling sessions, build loyalty through client outreach, and push footfall via digital clienteling and in-store events.

You will lead KPI-driven initiatives, maintain stock control, and participate in regular staff meetings, nurturing an authentic, optimistic team culture aligned with GANNI values.

Qualifications

• Solid and proven background within the retail industry for at least 2 years.
• Experience with clienteling and building client loyalty.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven environment and goal orientation.
• Excellent understanding of key performance indicators.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
