Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant Store Leader in Europe to partner with the Store Leader, elevating service, coaching associates, and driving omni‑channel and virtual selling while maintaining an inclusive environment.

You will lead clienteling, develop a high‑performing team, and own store planning and brand standards. Strong English and flexible scheduling, including peak seasons, are required for EU operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or equivalent leadership roles.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with retail systems.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly.
• Strong English language proficiency required for EU operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clienteling and service standards; drive omni‑channel selling and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach a diverse team; manage performance and KPIs.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts; collaborate with corporate teams on strategy.
• Maintain Kate Spade visual and brand standards across the store.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, payroll, and loss prevention; manage inventory and live stream sessions.
