Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technical Process Manager – Omnichannel to translate high-level goals into buildable Salesforce and partner tooling specifications. You will own requirements, design radical improvements, and drive end-to-end testing across sales, customer service, and operations.

You will coordinate with solution architects, UX designers, and developers, producing developer-ready specs and rigorous impact analyses.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in business analysis or technical product management, with hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Developer-ready specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams for handoff.
• Familiarity with self-service journey design and agentic tooling; Salesforce Agentforce is a plus.
• Strong systems thinking: gap analysis, downstream impact, edge-case identification.
• Cross-domain breadth across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service; prioritization knowledge.
• Confident communication with engineers and senior stakeholders; aligns scope and expectations.
• Self-starter who spots improvements and acts
• AI native: integrate AI tools into daily workflow for discovery and documentation
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-level goals into functional specs for Salesforce, Partner Hub, agentic tooling and partner CRM workstreams.
• Propose radical process improvements; present design recommendations.
• Conduct impact assessments documenting system touchpoints and data dependencies.
• Create end-to-end process documentation with entry/exit criteria and dependencies.
• Drive E2E testing and validate changes; manage defects and sign-off criteria.
• Engage owners and domain experts across sales, customer service, web and operations.
