Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking a Salesforce Integration Manager (Support Infrastructure Team Lead) to design, build, and evolve systems powering Customer Support. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions globally.

Own the Service Cloud roadmap, drive cross‑tool integration (QA, WFM, telephony), and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities.

Formación

• 7+ years Salesforce experience with Service Cloud.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong SDLC, Agile delivery, and governance.
• Experience with integrations and AI initiatives.
