Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technical Process Manager - Omnichannel to translate business goals into concrete process specs for Salesforce, self-service and agentic tooling across the partner journey.

You will align commercial intent with technical execution, coordinating across solution architects, UX designers, and developers, owning requirements and testing within agreed frameworks. This role emphasizes radical improvements over incremental changes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis or technical product management.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level commercial goals into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce and related workstreams.
• Challenge existing process designs to propose radical improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
• Conduct gap analysis documenting system touchpoints, data dependencies and downstream effects.
• Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation with entry/exit criteria and dependencies.
• Drive E2E testing and validation, write/exe cute test scripts and manage defects for smooth production releases.
• Engage process owners and domain experts across sales, customer service, web, and operations.
