Sotalent in Amsterdam, Netherlands seeks a Technical Process Manager to translate commercial requirements into technical process specifications across Salesforce, self-service journeys, and agentic tooling.

You will design and optimize Salesforce, Partner Hub, and self-service workflows, lead testing, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and CS teams to deliver scalable solutions. AI-enabled process discovery is encouraged.

Qualifications

6+ years in Business Analysis or Technical Product Management.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience.
Proven ability to produce developer-ready requirements and specs.
Expert in user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping.
Experience with self-service journeys and agentic tooling; Salesforce Agentforce advantageous.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Translate commercial requirements into developer-ready specs.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and data flow diagrams.
Design and improve Salesforce, Partner Hub, self-service and agentic processes.
Conduct gap analyses and assess system dependencies and risks.
Maintain end-to-end process documentation, decision logic and system touchpoints.
Lead end-to-end testing, write test scripts, manage defects and validate release readiness.
Challenge existing processes and propose stronger technical solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, UX, Architecture and Engineering teams.
Identify downstream impacts, edge cases and opportunities for improvement.
Incorporate AI tools into process discovery, analysis and documentation.
