Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Harbour Site Engineer to support site management and logistics on a major offshore wind project in the Netherlands.

You will coordinate day-to-day port activities, monitor operations, manage contractor interfaces, and ensure clear communication between site teams and stakeholders. The role operates on a shift rota to support 24/7 site operations, requiring strong organisation, safety focus, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams while

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in offshore wind, port operations, heavy transport, logistics, or construction.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor site operations and ensure activities are carried out in line with approved procedures.
• Maintain daily operational records, progress reports, and time tracking.
• Coordinate load-ins, load-outs, vessel movements, transportation, and storage activities.
• Liaise with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to support efficient harbour operations.
• Attend daily planning meetings, toolbox talks, and handovers.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) culture.
• Identify and elevate site risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Support inspections, quality checks, and logistics coordination for fabrication and remediation works.
