Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Shift Lead Offshore to manage day-to-day operations from the service vessel for the Hollandse Kust West VII windfarm. Based offshore, you will oversee safety, production performance, maintenance planning, and team development on a 2/2 rotation, ensuring alignment with HSE standards and company procedures.

You will report to the Service Manager and lead a multi-functional offshore team, coordinating with sub-contractors while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety

Qualifications

• 3 years Leadership & Management experience with a background of professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems, having worked in the offshore industry.
• A willingness to travel when required to suit business needs and a commitment to manage a large offshore service operation.
• Full driver's license.
• Good English skills both oral and in written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore operations from the SOV on a rotation 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
• Production planning and performance, servicing and maintenance planning.
• Line management and development of the SOV crew; enforce code of conduct and safety culture.
