Job summary

Vestas in the Netherlands is seeking a Shift Lead Offshore (f/m/d) to manage day-to-day operations from the SOV at the Hollandse Kust West VII windfarm, working a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. You will lead offshore teams, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership and management experience in offshore industry.
• Background with electrical or mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.
• Full driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage offshore operations, production planning and service maintenance.
• Line manage and develop SOV crew, enforce conduct and culture.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Lead SOV technical focus, team meetings and strategy deployment.
• Interface with subcontractors onboard the vessel.
• Plan contingency for vessel operations and windfarm downtime.
• Promote a positive safety culture and conduct inspections/audits.
• Plan upgrade campaigns and morning toolbox talks.
• Operational escalation point for offshore issues.
• Oversee management of sub-contractors onboard vessel.
