Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Shift Manager to lead offshore operations from our service vessel for the Hollandse Kust West VII windfarm. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, safety, production performance and crew leadership on a rotational schedule from a dedicated offshore vessel.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, coordinate maintenance campaigns, and ensure a strong safety culture while collaborating with international teams in a demanding offshore environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership and management experience in offshore environments.
• Background in electrical or mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel to suit business needs.
• Full valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore operations, production planning and maintenance.
• Line management and development of SOV crew.
• Daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting.
• Coordinate safety culture, audits and toolbox talks.
• Plan upgrades and contingencies for vessel operations.
• Oversee subcontractors aboard the vessel.
