Job summary

Vestas is seeking a capable leader to head the offshore service campaign stockkeepers. You will manage materials, parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations across multiple harbors in NCE, ensuring safe, timely logistics and accurate SAP records.

You will coordinate with other team leads, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Service Campaign Operations. Experience in wind logistics and ERP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse-management or logistics.
• Wind industry warehouse experience preferable.
• Customs knowledge is a plus.
• Computer knowledge: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP system (SAP/AX).
• Outstanding communication and team management skills.
• Strong time management, planning, scheduling and system-thinking abilities.
• Adherence to local laws and turning instructions into concrete actions within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team of service campaign stockkeepers handling materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations.
• Plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor performance for safe and efficient execution.
• Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and align with Service Campaign Operations and vessel/harbor schedules.
• Coordinate with other team leads for material arrivals and warehouse dynamics across North and Central Europe.
• Support planned and unplanned service events and promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead the team to report incidents and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring.
• Own the training matrix for the team and coordinate information for stockkeepers in different ports.
