Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to lead offshore wind construction management across planning, procurement, execution and close-out. The role spans international collaboration with teams across project phases and locations.

The successful candidate will oversee technical definitions, procurement support, and contractor performance while ensuring HSE compliance and schedule discipline in a dynamic offshore environment.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Offshore training and certifications expected for the assigned work scopes.
• At least eight years of offshore construction experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors and multiple work scopes in a live offshore environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, marine regulations and permit conditions.

Aufgaben

• Lead assigned offshore construction management scopes from concept to close-out.
• Develop technical specifications, scopes of work and evaluation criteria for procurement.
• Manage contractors through engineering, mobilisation and offshore execution.
• Review contractor documentation for compliance, quality and readiness.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, site management and stakeholders.
• Capture and transfer lessons learned across the Project Execution organisation.
• Establish and manage parts of the Construction Management contract portfolio, including cost, schedule and contractor performance.
