Job summary

Vestas NCE is seeking a proactive Service Campaign Stockkeeper Team Lead to supervise offshore logistics and warehouse operations across North and Central Europe. You will plan daily workloads, allocate tasks and monitor safety and performance.

The role requires solid warehouse management experience, knowledge of SAP/ERP, and strong communication skills to coordinate with service campaigns, vessel and harbor sites, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse-management or logistics.
• Wind industry warehouse experience beneficial.
• Customs knowledge considered
• Computer knowledge: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, SAP/AX
• Outstanding communication & Team management skills
• Time management, planning, scheduling, system-thinking skills
• Adherence and compliance with local laws and regulations; translate instructions into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team of service campaign stockkeepers handling materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations.
• Plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP; attend project meetings to align with Service Campaign and schedules for vessels and harbors.
• Coordinate with other team leads when materials arrive in harbor warehouses and ensure timely storage and warehouse dynamics across sites in NCE.
• Support planned and unplanned service events and promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead team to report incidents, improve safety standards, and drive process adherence; monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Own training matrix for the team and organize information for stockkeepers to operate in different ports in NCE.
• Support audits and inspections; help create structure for offshore operations from a Supply Chain perspective.
