Job summary

Vestas seeks an experienced Supervisor with strong technical and operational expertise to scale global Offshore Service operations. You will lead and mentor Site Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring readiness of new offshore sites and efficient turbine recoveries.

You will coordinate resources via SAP, manage training programs, and drive continuous improvement across regions. Regular international travel is expected, and the role supports a OneVestas approach in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or engineering degree with industry experience in offshore wind operations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills across international teams.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support service readiness activities up to 12 months before site handover, ensuring processes, documentation, tooling, spare parts, and training are in place.
• Coach and mentor Site Supervisors, Deputy Supervisors, and Technicians to drive safe, efficient, and high‑performing site operations.
• Provide planning and execution support for major turbine recoveries, complex repairs, service campaigns, statutory inspections, upgrades, and service work order management.
• Coordinate operational resources through SAP, including personnel, tools, materials, and vessel planning under weather constraints.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer programmes for new supervisors and site teams, including safety rules and contractual obligations.
• Act as a key operational support partner to Service Managers, driving lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
