Job summary

CS GROUP, in Noordwijk, Netherlands, seeks a registered nurse to support medical examinations and HR data administration in a multicultural environment. You will perform basic lab tests, first aid, and assist employees during medical checkups, while handling confidential information in compliance with regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, 4+ years in a GP setting, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse in The Netherlands (BIG-register).
• Bachelor level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support annual medical examinations and basic laboratory tests.
• Assist preparing employees for examinations and procedures.
• Provide First Aid and basic life support; manage minor ailments.
• Repatriate results of biological exams, ECGs, vision, hearing and lung tests.
• Administer confidential HR data in line with regulations.
• Digitalize medical records and input data into SAP HR, Cority/Cohort, MAS, Lotus Notes and MS Office.
• Maintain multiple databases and electronic archives.

Job Description

As part of a dynamic team at ESA/ESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support for the annual medical examinations, basic laboratory tests, collecting a preparing laboratory specimen;
• Assisting a preparing employee for examinations;
• First Aid, basic life support skills, bandaging and treatment of minor ailments;
• Repatriate the results of biological examinations, ECGs, vision tests, hearing tests and lung function tests;
• Administration of confidential data related to HR matters in line with applicable regulations;
• Digitalization of medical records;
• Data input and maintenance of several systems including SAP Human Resources, medical software Cority/cohort Management System, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Excel and MS Access databases, electronic archives, shared drives etc.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• The candidate should be a registered nurse in The Netherlands (BIG-register);
• At least Bachelor level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline;
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant;
• High level of flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork;
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Ability to maintain high level of organization and efficient output;
• Ability to work well with information technology resources, such as such as SAP, Cority/Cohort MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and other databases;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
