Job summary

CS GROUP, together with HE Space and Sopra Steria, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the ESA/ESTEC team in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. You will support annual medical examinations, collect lab samples, assist with examinations and basic life support, and help with repatriation of results.

This role requires a registered nurse (BIG-register) in the Netherlands, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 4 years' GP experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse in the Netherlands (BIG-register).
• Bachelor level in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant.
• Flexible with strong teamwork and multi-cultural environment.
• Proficient IT skills including SAP, Cority/Cohort, MS Office applications, Lotus Notes and databases.
• Fluent English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual medical examinations, basic lab tests, and specimen collection.
• Assist in preparing employees for examinations.
• Provide First Aid and basic life support, bandaging, and minor treatments.
• Repatriate results of biological exams, ECGs, vision and hearing tests, and lung function tests.
• Handle confidential HR data in line with regulations.
• Digitize medical records and maintain electronic archives.
• Data entry and maintenance of SAP HR, Cority/Cohort, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Excel and MS Access databases.

Job Description

As part of a dynamic team at ESA/ESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support for the annual medical examinations, basic laboratory tests, collecting a preparing laboratory specimen;
• Assisting a preparing employee for examinations;
• First Aid, basic life support skills, bandaging and treatment of minor ailments;
• Repatriate the results of biological examinations, ECGs, vision tests, hearing tests and lung function tests;
• Administration of confidential data related to HR matters in line with applicable regulations;
• Digitalization of medical records;
• Data input and maintenance of several systems including SAP Human Resources, medical software Cority/cohort Management System, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Excel and MS Access databases, electronic archives, shared drives etc.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• The candidate should be a registerednursein The Netherlands(BIG-register);
• At least Bachelorlevel (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline;
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant;
• High level of flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork;
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Ability to maintain high level of organization and efficient output;
• Ability to work well with information technology resources, such as such as SAP, Cority/Cohort MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and other databases;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
