Job summary

CS GROUP, Noordwijk, The Netherlands, seeks a registered nurse (BIG) to support ESA/ESTEC with medical examinations and HR data administration. The role requires a Bachelor level in a relevant field and 4+ years of GP experience. You will use SAP HR, Cority/Cohort and MS Office daily, and English fluency is mandatory.

Multicultural teamwork is essential. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus, and attention to data privacy is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be a registered nurse in The Netherlands (BIG-register).
• At least a Bachelor level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant.
• High level of flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work well with IT resources including SAP, Cority/Cohort and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support for the annual medical examinations, basic laboratory tests, collecting and preparing laboratory specimens.
• Assisting in preparing an employee for examinations.
• Triage medical emergencies and provide First Aid and basic life support.
• Repatriate the results of biological examinations, ECGs, vision and hearing tests, and lung function tests.
• Administer confidential HR-related data in line with regulations.
• Digitalize medical records and maintain multiple systems (SAP HR, Cority, Cohort, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Office).
• Ensure data accuracy and participate in the management of electronic archives.

Job Description

As part of a dynamic team at ESA/ESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support for the annual medical examinations, basic laboratory tests, collecting a preparing laboratory specimen;
• Assisting a preparing employee for examinations;
• Triage medical emergencies;
• First Aid, basic life support skills, bandaging and treatment of minor ailments;
• Repatriate the results of biological examinations, ECGs, vision tests, hearing tests and lung function tests;
• Administration of confidential data related to HR matters in line with applicable regulations;
• Digitalization of medical records;
• Data input and maintenance of several systems including SAP Human Resources, medical software Cority/cohort Management System, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Excel and MS Access databases, electronic archives, shared drives etc.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• The candidate should be a registerednursein The Netherlands(BIG-register);
• At least Bachelorlevel (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline;
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant;
• High level of flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork;
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Ability to maintain high level of organization and efficient output;
• Ability to work well with information technology resources, such as such as SAP, Cority/Cohort MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and other databases;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
