HiBob is seeking a seasoned Pre-sales Sales Engineer to partner with Nordic region customers, translating HR tech needs into compelling demos and demonstrable ROI. Based in Amsterdam, you will collaborate with Sales to map customer requirements to HiBob’s HRIS platform and design tailored demonstrations.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales for B2B SaaS, strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering role for B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience running multi-stakeholder discovery and translating requirements into demos or solution designs
• Commercially minded: connecting technical solutions to business outcomes and ROI
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-starter with curiosity and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to relay technical info to non-technical customers (e.g. integrations)
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations for the Nordics market
• Advise customers on HR tech challenges and digital transformation strategies
• Collaborate with Sales to capture customer requirements and provide support
• Relay customer feedback to product/engineering teams
• Log and evaluate client feedback to shape sales and marketing strategies
• Enable Sales teams through product training on features and use cases
• Analyze customer needs and communicate with Product and Engineering
• Contribute to go-to-market and sales strategy development
• Translate complex requirements into concrete use cases and tailored solutions
