Job summary

Neat is seeking a Small/Medium Business Inside Account Manager to drive Nordic SMB growth from our Amsterdam office. You will identify new customers in the commercial space, apply inside sales expertise, and act as an ambassador at events to expand Neat's footprint.

This role reports to the AVP and involves shaping Territory strategy, staying ahead of market trends, and feeding insights back to product and development.

Qualifications

• Extensive SMB sales experience and proven pipeline development.
• Regional experience with commercial SMB customers.
• Growth-minded with experience in scaling fast-growth tech businesses.
• Able to design strategic go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for Neat by identifying new SMB customers.
• Demonstrate a proven inside/virtual sales track record.
• Leverage regional networks, attend events, and act as Neat's ambassador.
• Evaluate territory opportunities and pro-actively pursue them.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide market insights to product and development teams.
• Mentor and coach teammates and help refine sales processes.
