Job summary

KEMA Labs is seeking an Area Manager Northern Europe to drive commercial growth and expand the service portfolio in the Nordic electricity market. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with technical experts, laboratories, and operations to win opportunities and close contracts.

The role requires native Danish or Swedish and fluent English, and offers a permanent contract with a 38-hour week and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial drive and customer orientation with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
• Native-level Danish or Swedish proficiency.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth in Northern Europe by expanding service offerings and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, manufacturers, EPCs, developers, and key stakeholders in the electricity sector.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
