Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries invites a seasoned HR Country Manager & Labor Relations NL to lead the Netherlands HR strategy and labor relations for a major global organization. Based in Rotterdam, you will manage a team and partner with senior leaders to shape HR policy and talent strategy.

You will drive performance, succession planning, and workforce transformation, collaborating across geographies with a focus on Dutch compliance and employee relations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• Graduate degree is a plus.
• Experience leading HR teams in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the global HR strategy for The Netherlands.
• Act as senior advisor to leaders and oversee talent management and development.
• Drive labor relations strategy and pension changes in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee compensation delivery and payroll processes; ensure legal compliance.
