Job summary

W Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Welcome Desk Agent to join our Welcome Team. You will be the face of the guest experience at the Exchange and Bank buildings, delivering Whatever/Whenever service and ensuring every guest feels valued.

The role requires English fluency, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxurious environment. Dutch language skills and a valid Dutch work permit are a plus; driver license B is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Dutch language knowledge appreciated.
• Experience in the Luxury Segment is an advantage.
• Work permit for the Netherlands is required.
• Driver license B is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests at the Welcome Desk across both Exchange and Bank buildings.
• Operate the Whatever/Whenever service to tailor guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, orderly Welcome Desk and public areas.
• Work rotating shifts including weekends, evenings and nights.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest moments.
• Organize bookings for restaurants, activities, transport and events.
