Job summary

Courtyard Amsterdam is seeking a Part-Time Night Receptionist to cover two night shifts per week (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will handle guest requests, provide friendly service, and ensure smooth nightly operations while coordinating handover to the morning team. Previous hotel reception experience and Opera PMS familiarity are preferred.

Proficiency in English and Dutch is required, with a third language considered a plus. Night shifts may include weekends and public holidays.

• Experience working at a hotel reception.
• Excellent guest-service focus and flexibility for night shifts.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and concierge inquiries.
• Provide personal, friendly, guest-focused service.

• Hand over all information to the morning team.
