Job summary

Hotel Co 51, operator of Courtyard Amsterdam, is seeking a Part-Time Night Receptionist to join the team. The role covers two night shifts per week from 23:00 to 07:00, with duties including guest assistance, concierge requests, and ensuring a smooth overnight operation.

Applicants should have hotel reception experience, be fluent in English and Dutch (third language preferred), and comfortable working independently at night while handing over to the morning shift.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a hotel reception.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; third language preferred.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and concierge requests.
• Meet diverse guests and ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide personal, friendly service and be guest-focused.
• Maintain safety and smooth hotel operations during night shifts.
• Hand over information to the morning team.
