Job summary

Courtyard By Marriott Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Part-Time Night Receptionist to join our team for 2 night shifts per week from 23:00 to 07:00. You will respond to guest requests, manage concierge inquiries, and ensure a safe, smooth night operations.

Ideal candidates have hotel reception experience, are fluent in English and Dutch (third language a plus), and enjoy working independently at night while handing over to the morning team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or front desk roles.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; a third language is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
• Proficient with hotel technology and guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and concierge inquiries during night shifts.
• Provide personal, friendly service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a safe and smooth operation of the hotel at night.
• Hand over all relevant information to the morning team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
