Courtyard Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for a part-time role (4 days a week). You will handle guest arrivals and departures, welcome guests from diverse nationalities, and deliver warm, personal service using Opera PMS.

Fluent English and Dutch are required; a third language is a plus. You must be flexible to night shifts and eager to contribute to an excellent guest experience. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Previous experience working in hotel reception.
• Familiarity with the Opera PMS system.
• Fluent English and Dutch; third language is a plus.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on the guest experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player with high energy and positivity.
• Flexible to work evening and night shifts.
• Good technological competency.
