Job summary

Hotel Co 51 invites applications for a Part-Time Night Receptionist at Courtyard Amsterdam, two night shifts per week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role focuses on guest requests, friendly service, and smooth night operations in a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior hotel reception experience, be fluent in English and Dutch (third language preferred), and comfortable using Opera PMS. A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a hotel reception.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to work night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Opera PMS (PMS).
• Strong guest service mindset and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every guest’s request, including concierge requests.
• Meet different guests every day and provide personal and friendly service.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Be a team player with high energy and flexibility.
• Ensure a safe and smooth night operation and hand over information to the morning team.
