Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Night Front Office Host to be the friendly, professional point of contact for guests during the night. You welcome late arrivals, handle requests and complete night audit procedures with accuracy and care.

You will work independently on night shifts, delivering outstanding service with a calm, organised approach while supporting colleagues and contributing to a safe, welcoming overnight environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering warm, professional guest service during night shifts.
• Ability to handle late check-ins/outs and guest requests with tact and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse guest profiles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during night shifts with a friendly, professional approach.

• You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night shifts.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and easily connect with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds.
• You stay calm, organised and professional, even when unexpected situations arise.

• Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Receptionist or Night Audit role is a plus.
