Job summary

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Night Front Office Host to be the friendly, professional contact for our guests throughout the night, ensuring they feel welcome, supported and well looked after at all times.

You will handle late check-ins, early check-outs and guest requests with care and a smile, assist with guest queries and complaints, and complete night audit procedures and financial reports accurately.

• You confidently handle late check-ins, early check-outs and guest requests, always with care and a smile.
• You actively assist with guest queries and complaints, finding solutions and ensuring our guests feel heard and supported.
• Completing night audit procedures, financial reports and administrative tasks accurately is an important part of your role.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night shifts.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and easily connect with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds.
• You stay calm, organised and professional, even when unexpected situations arise.
• Your biggest motivation? Exceeding our guests' expectations and creating a welcoming, safe and professional environment throughout the night.
• Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Receptionist or Night Audit role is a plus.
