Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Night Front Office Host to be a friendly, professional point of contact for guests during the night. You will welcome late arrivals, assist with guest requests and manage nightly procedures, ensuring guests feel welcome and well looked after.

You will handle check-ins/outs, support guest queries with care and contribute to accurate nightly financial reporting, while maintaining a calm and service‑moring approach across diverse teams.

• You actively assist with guest queries and complaints, finding solutions and ensuring our guests feel heard and supported.
• Completing night audit procedures, financial reports and administrative tasks accurately is an important part of your role.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night shifts.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and easily connect with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds.
• You stay calm, organised and professional, even when unexpected situations arise.
• Your biggest motivation? Exceeding our guests' expectations and creating a welcoming, safe and professional environment throughout the night.
• Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Receptionist or Night Audit role is a plus.
