Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, part of PPHE Hotel Group, is seeking a Night Front Office Host to welcome guests overnight and ensure a smooth, memorable stay. You will handle late check-ins, assist guests, and perform nightly financial procedures with professionalism and a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience in Night Front Office or Night Audit is a plus.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle late check-ins, early check-outs and guest requests.
• Able to work independently overnight and stay calm under pressure.

• You actively assist with guest queries and complaints, finding solutions and ensuring our guests feel heard and supported.
• Completing night audit procedures, financial reports and administrative tasks accurately is an important part of your role.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night shifts.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and easily connect with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds.
• You stay calm, organised and professional, even when unexpected situations arise.

• Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Receptionist or Night Audit role is a plus.
