Job summary

Amsterdam Marriott Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join a vibrant team in the heart of Amsterdam. You will oversee guest check-ins/check-outs, manage cash transactions, and respond to guest requests with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires morning and night shifts, with up to 50% night shift for night audits. A hospitality degree and NL work eligibility are preferred, along with strong English skills and additional language abilities.

What are my responsibilities?

We're seeking an individual with excellent hospitality skills and a passion for working with people to join us in the Front Desk position. Your main responsibilities will include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest feedback, managing cash transactions, and fulfilling guest requests. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and/or Front Office Night Manager to oversee Front Desk Clerks during your shift. This role requires working morning and night shifts, with up to 50% of your time dedicated to the night shift for night audits. A solid understanding of financial figures is essential.
