Qualifications

• Gained experience in hotel industry is preferred.
• Night owl who enjoys night shifts and keeps everything under control.
• Reliable, multitasking, and keen to learn.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic, and good with guests.
• Great sense of humour and team spirit; strong guest interaction.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home from first contact to last drink.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with care and efficiency.
• Assist with breakfast setup and table arrangements for the morning shift.
• Oversee night operations and look after the house and guests.
• Handle end-of-day closing and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Share insider tips with guests about local hotspots.
