Job summary

Ruby Hotels is looking for a friendly hospitality professional to join the front desk. You will welcome guests, assist with self-check-in, and ensure a smooth start to their stay with a smile.

You will also craft cocktails and beverages, manage the breakfast service with barista flair, and help with goods receiving and storage while maintaining our Lean Luxury vibe. English fluency is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally some hotel industry experience.
• Flexible with shifts.
• Reliable, multitasking and eager to learn.
• Empathetic and enjoy teamwork.
• Good sense of humor and guest interaction.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests to make them feel at home from arrival to departure.
• Support guests with self-check-in and other front desk tasks.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with flair.
• Lovingly manage the breakfast buffet and barista tasks.
• Handle goods receiving, inspection and storage following standard mise-en-place.
• Share insider tips with guests about city hotspots.
