Job summary

Levy Professionals is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a major Dutch bank in Amsterdam. The role focuses on translating NFR/GRC requirements into functional designs within a leading SaaS GRC platform, ensuring alignment with policy and regulatory expectations across risk and control processes.

You will oversee data migration, UAT and business acceptance, working with Business, Risk and IT stakeholders in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk or GRC domains.
• Familiarity with SaaS GRC platforms like MetricStream or similar.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations and data migration.

Senior Business Analyst | GRC Platform Implementation | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank is overhauling its Governance, Risk and Compliance landscape, migrating Non-Financial Risk processes onto a leading SaaS GRC platform. This Senior Business Analyst role sits at the centre of that transformation, translating NFR processes, data models and organisational structures into functional and solution designs across the bank's core risk and control processes. It's a chance to shape a strategic, bank-wide GRC rebuild from requirements through to go-live and BAU handover.

About the role

You'll lead the translation of business requirements into approved functional designs, validate configured solutions against NFR policy and regulatory expectations, and own delivery through data migration, UAT and business acceptance. The role is based in Amsterdam, working closely with Business, Risk and IT stakeholders in an Agile/DevOps setup. This is a payroll assignment of around 1 year, with possibility of extension.

You will:

• Translate NFR/GRC process and data requirements into functional and solution designs within the GRC platform
• Validate configured solutions against NFR policies, risk frameworks and audit/regulatory expectations
• Own data migration scope, quality validation, migration waves and reconciliation
