Job summary

Projective Group is seeking a Senior Business Developer NFR in Amsterdam to support the deployment of the MetricStream SaaS platform as part of a strategic GRC transformation. You will translate Non-Financial Risk processes into scalable business and solution designs, collaborating with stakeholders across business, risk and IT to deliver a robust control environment.

Residing in the Netherlands is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Developer with transformation experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, or GRC.
• Familiar with MetricStream or similar SaaS GRC platforms.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations and data migration.
• Experience with Agile / DevOps ways of working.
• Residency in the Netherlands is mandatory!

Responsibilities

• Translate NFR and GRC processes into approved functional designs.
• Ensure solutions align with policies, risk frameworks and audits.
• Perform data migration with validated quality and stakeholder sign-off.
• Lead UAT and acceptance activities on schedule.
• Foster stakeholder adoption with clear guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain alignment across Business, Risk and IT for BAU.

About this role

Support the implementation of the MetricStream SaaS platform as part of the bank's strategic transformation towards a simplified, standardised and future-proof Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) landscape. Lead the translation of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) processes, data models and organisational structures into business and solution designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk and IT to deliver a scalable, sustainable and effective control environment.

Resultaten

• Business requirements for key NFR and GRC processes (including RA, IMAT, SIRA, MC&T and REM) are translated into approved functional designs and successfully implemented within MetricStream.
• Configured solutions are validated and demonstrably aligned with NFR policies, risk frameworks, regulatory requirements and audit expectations.
• Data migration is completed successfully, with agreed scope delivered, data quality validated, migration waves executed and reconciliation results accepted by business stakeholders.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business acceptance activities are completed on schedule, with critical defects resolved and business readiness confirmed for go-live.
• Stakeholders adopt the new platform and processes, supported by clear guidance, NFR subject matter expertise and effective knowledge transfer.
• Strong alignment is maintained across Business, Risk and IT stakeholders, resulting in timely decision-making, successful delivery milestones and a smooth transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU).
