Job summary

BrightStone Group is helping a major Amsterdam bank transform its Non-Financial Risk and GRC landscape by shifting to a standardized MetricStream platform. You will bridge business, risk and IT to translate NFR processes into actionable designs, configure them in MetricStream, manage data migration and drive UAT to successful go-live.

You will own the design and configuration across NFR, risk policies and regulatory expectations, ensuring adoption and knowledge transfer to BAU.

• Solid experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk or GRC
• Familiarity with MetricStream or a comparable SaaS GRC platform
• Experience with large-scale system implementations and data migration
• Comfortable in Agile / DevOps ways of working

Responsibilities

Senior Business Analyst — GRC / Non-Financial Risk (MetricStream implementation)

Shape a bank's future Governance, Risk & Compliance landscape.

A major bank in Amsterdam is transforming its Non-Financial Risk and GRC environment — moving to a simplified, standardised, future-proof platform on MetricStream. We're looking for a senior business analyst who can lead the translation of NFR processes into working solution designs and see them through to go-live.

This isn't a documentation role. You'll own the bridge between business, risk and IT: turning how the bank manages Non-Financial Risk into functional designs, configuring them in MetricStream, running the data migration and UAT, and getting stakeholders to actually adopt the new way of working.

What you'll deliver

• Translate key NFR and GRC processes (RA, IMAT, SIRA, MC&T, REM) into approved functional designs, implemented in MetricStream
• Validate that configured solutions align with NFR policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory and audit expectations
• Drive data migration end to end — scope, quality validation, migration waves, reconciliation signed off by the business
• Steer UAT and business-acceptance activities through to confirmed go-live
• Support adoption with clear guidance, NFR subject-matter expertise and knowledge transfer to BAU

• Familiarity with MetricStream or a comparable SaaS GRC platform (OpenPages, ServiceNow GRC, Archer)

• A strong ownership mindset — you finish what you start

What we offer

• A 1-year assignment on an impactful GRC transformation programme at a major Amsterdam bank
• €6,761–€7,900 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance
• 36 hours/week, hybrid in Amsterdam, start 1 September 2026
