You will lead the translation of Non-Financial Risk processes, data models and organisational structures into business and solution designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Developer with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery focus.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk or GRC.
• Based in the Netherlands (residence).

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of NFR processes, data models and organisational structures into business and solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk and IT to deliver a scalable governance, risk and compliance environment.
• Ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met and data migration is completed successfully.
• Support UAT and business readiness activities to ensure a smooth go-live.
