Support the implementation of the MetricStream SaaS platform as part of the bank’s strategic transformation towards a simplified, standardised and future-proof Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) landscape. Lead the translation of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) processes, data models and organisational structures into business and solution designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk and IT to deliver a scalable, sustainable and effective control environment.
Results
- Business requirements for key NFR and GRC processes (including RA, IMAT, SIRA, MC&T and REM) are translated into approved functional designs and successfully implemented within MetricStream.
- Configured solutions are validated and demonstrably aligned with NFR policies, risk frameworks, regulatory requirements and audit expectations.
- Data migration is completed successfully, with agreed scope delivered, data quality validated, migration waves executed and reconciliation results accepted by business stakeholders.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business acceptance activities are completed on schedule, with critical defects resolved and business readiness confirmed for go-live.
- Stakeholders adopt the new platform and processes, supported by clear guidance, NFR subject matter expertise and effective knowledge transfer.
- Strong alignment is maintained across Business, Risk and IT stakeholders, resulting in timely decision-making, successful delivery milestones and a smooth transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU).
You are a senior Business Developer who thrives in complex transformation environments and combines analytical strength with strong stakeholder engagement.
