Job summary

Hypersolid in Amsterdam is seeking a New Business Manager to drive our experience propositions, from product design to immersive and AI-enabled experiences. You identify organizations, start conversations with a point of view, and back it with a working example, not just a deck.

You will build the Netherlands pipeline and expand into other European markets, using LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions to engage decision-makers and qualify opportunities before handing them to senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in new business, business development or consultative sales at an agency, consultancy or digital product company.
• Track record of opening doors that turned into real opportunities.
• Affinity with design and digital experience work, and the ability to talk about it credibly with designers and clients.
• Examples of creative or experience work you helped sell.
• Strong English, written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn market signals and client conversations into concrete propositions, offers and pitches, with a working example or proof of concept.
• Build a target account list for the Netherlands and one or two other European markets, and approach those accounts through LinkedIn, your network, events and warm introductions.
• Hold first conversations with decision-makers at operational and tactical level, qualify the need, and pass promising opportunities to a senior colleague or management for conversations at board level.
• Own the pipeline, with a clear view of where every opportunity stands, and report on it weekly.
• Make Hypersolid visible at events, in content and in your network.
