Job summary

Six & Flow Ltd’s Bright Digital unit is seeking a Managing Director for the Netherlands. You will lead Amsterdam, Apeldoorn and Nijmegen, shaping strategy, culture and performance across a large, global HubSpot consultancy.

You will sit on the Executive Leadership Team, drive AI-first initiatives, oversee P&L, delivery quality and cross‑group collaboration, and build a scalable regional operating model with clear accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a digital agency, consultancy or technology services firm.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and driving performance.
• Strong change management and cross-group collaboration.
• Deep CRM, HubSpot experience preferred.
• High emotional intelligence and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership across Amsterdam, Apeldoorn and Nijmegen.
• Own full P&L for Bright Digital; drive revenue and margins.
• Align strategy with the Group and drive AI-first initiatives.
• Oversee delivery quality and client experience.
• Lead cross-entity integration and brand transition.
