Qualifications

8+ years in client service and/or business development.
Strong commercial mindset for multi-disciplinary projects.
Excellent client-facing skills with CMOs, digital leaders.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and passion for digital experiences.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development from prospecting to leading pitches.
Define and launch new offerings and commercial propositions to market.
Identify opportunities across the network and client relationships to unlock revenue.
Lead and support pitches for EMEA and local experiences-led projects.
Own project scoping, pricing, and contracting with production and finance teams.
Monitor profitability, pipeline health, and forecasting; report updates.
