Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Managed Services Engineer in Eindhoven, NL. You will lead proactive incident resolution, manage high‑complexity tickets, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to automation and knowledge sharing.

You will ensure client networks are configured, tested and monitored, provide onsite support when needed and collaborate with vendors. The role may include project work and disaster recovery testing.

Qualifications

• Proven networking and security experience across enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to plan, manage and communicate across cultures.
• Proficient in configuring and supporting complex network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead managed services and resolve technical incidents to meet SLAs.
• Handle high‑complexity tickets; analyze root causes and implement fixes.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior engineers; support automation efforts.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and monitored.
• Provide onsite support and collaborate with third‑party vendors; drive improvements.
• Possibly manage projects, disaster recovery tests and incident quality enhancements.
