Job summary

NCC Group seeks a Manager for Network & NDR Engineering to lead the EU team in delivering and supporting network security and NDR services across client environments.

You will supervise engineers, coordinate with SOC and project teams, and drive improvements in delivery quality, automation, and workforce planning. This permanent role offers hybrid work from Rijswijk with strong leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the EU Network & NDR Engineering team, ensuring delivery commitments and customer expectations are met.
• Manage engineering capacity, prioritisation and resource allocation for projects and service commitments.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and alignment with global engineering practices.
• Act as an escalation point for service delivery and high-priority issues.
• Support major incident management and service restoration activities.
• Collaborate with SOC, PM, Portfolio and other teams to improve outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvements, automation opportunities and efficiencies.
• Provide line management and career development for Engineers and Senior Engineers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention to meet business needs.
• Monitor KPIs and resource utilisation to identify risks and opportunities.
