Job summary

A dynamic recruitment agency in Utrecht is seeking a Netsuite Support Delivery Manager. You will lead the support team and ensure excellent service to customers. Overview

As a Netsuite Support Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the support team and the continued professionalization of our support organization. You ensure that customers receive excellent service every day and act as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You combine leadership skills with process insight and take initiative to implement improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

In addition, you will manage and further develop our internal NetSuite product portfolio. This includes knowledge management, documentation, and implementation for clients.

Responsibilities

Leading support, application, and integration specialists.
Optimizing processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
Analyzing and reporting on team performance and results.
Monitoring SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
Acting as an escalation point for complex client issues.
Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities within support.
Managing and developing internal NetSuite products.
Working closely with other teams and departments.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, business administration, or project management.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a support or service environment.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
