Job summary

Software Search is seeking a NetSuite Support Consultant to help ERP customers optimize processes and implement practical system solutions in a hybrid setup in the Netherlands. You will work with colleagues to deliver high-quality services, advise on improvements, and independently implement ERP configurations to maximise client value.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills across audiences and professional presentation.
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships.
Analytical mindset with ability to identify core process challenges and translate to solutions.

Responsibilities

Draft and implement improvement proposals in the client’s ERP environment.
Coordinate and perform project-based ERP implementation work.
Identify process and system improvements and discuss them with customers.
Advise customers on the best solution for their requests and independently configure ERP solutions.
Contribute to improved efficiency and better system usage for clients.
