Job summary

Maersk in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Workplace Health Manager to shape and strengthen absenteeism reduction, reintegration, and occupational health compliance across the organization. You will partner with People Partners, leaders, HSE, and external providers in a complex matrix setup, translating Dutch legislation into practical guidance and improving case outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ relevant experience in HR, occupational health, absenteeism management, case management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch sickness absence, reintegration and related legislation is a plus.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into pragmatic business processes and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously improve absenteeism management and reintegration across Maersk entities in the Netherlands.
• Lead workplace health governance by translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Build relationships with leadership, People Partners, HSE, legal and external providers.
• Provide clear reporting and insights on absenteeism, reintegration, compliance and health performance.
