Siemens AG in the Netherlands seeks a trusted advisor and operational expert to deliver compliant people support and influence decision-making. You will manage complex employee relations and implement people strategies within the Dutch employment framework.

You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure governance, policy application, and reliable HR data in Workday for ~500+ employees across Dutch entities. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in a P&O Generalist, People Partner, HRBP, or Employee Relations role in the Netherlands.
• Strong hands-on experience managing employee relations cases under Dutch employment law.
• Proven experience advising managers on performance, conduct, and absence management.
• Experience partnering with Works Councils and employee consultation processes.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; Workday experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary HR advisor for managers, employees, and internal stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Independently manage the full spectrum of employee relations cases with judgement and risk assessment.
• Provide local specialist expertise across Dutch employment law, OR consultation, policy application, and right-to-work requirements.
• Lead Netherlands-specific initiatives, support audits and statutory reporting, and improve local HR processes.
• Partner with HRBPs to implement people strategies, organisational changes, and workforce planning.
• Support approximately 500+ employees within Dutch entities.
