Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced Workplace Health Manager to shape absenteeism, reintegration, and occupational health compliance across the Netherlands. You will partner with People Partners, leaders, HSE, occupational health providers, Works Councils, Legal, and external partners to ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant HR, occupational health, or absenteeism experience.
• Strong ability to translate Dutch legislation into practical processes and guidance.
• Certification or professional training in case management, occupational health, HR, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously improve absenteeism management and reintegration across the Netherlands.
• Lead compliance and governance, ensuring RI&E and PME/PMO processes stay up to date.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide practical guidance, training, and data-driven recommendations.
• Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on absenteeism, reintegration, and workplace health performance.
