Job summary

Eres Relocation Group seeks a Relocation Consultant to deliver relocation services to employees relocating to or from the Netherlands. You will manage overall assistance and collaborate with in-house immigration consultants to handle permit processes when needed, coordinating with Field Consultants and other parties involved.

Responsibilities include coordinating services for corporate clients, communicating with HR and transferees, booking town hall appointments, organizing home and school

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• 1+ year of working experience.
• If you are not Dutch, you have lived in The Netherlands for at least 5 years and hold a valid residence and work permit.
• Team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned relocation services for corporate clients.
• Communicate with Client HR or RMC and send regular updates.
• Coordinate with eres Field Consultants and third-party providers involved.
• Book appointments at town halls, expat centers, IND desks, GGD offices and banks.
• Organise Home and School Finding Programs.
• Update transferee files and process invoices in Onyx.
• Prepare invoices and payment requisitions.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
